We work directly with growers across the Western Ghats, the Himalayas and the Eastern coast to bring single estate coffee to your cup, roasted fresh, in small batches, out of Bengaluru.
Hover or tap a marker to see the estate we work with in that region. This map is drawn to India's official boundary, including Jammu & Kashmir and the Pakistan occupied Kashmir (PoK) territory.
Every pin here is a relationship, not just a supply chain. Move your cursor over any region, or tap it on mobile, to read about the estate we source from.
Coffee has always been more than a drink to me. It is the reason I plan road trips around estate visits, and the reason I have spent years chasing a better cup across this country.
I started Deccan Coffee Co. in late August 2025 with a simple idea: bring India's best growing regions closer to the people who actually drink the coffee. What began as a small batch of single estate beans has grown steadily since, one order and one honest conversation at a time.
As we grew, cafe owners started asking us for more than beans, they wanted help building their coffee programs. That is how Roast-ED came about, our consulting vertical where we work with cafes on sourcing, brewing standards and curated recipe development, so every cup that leaves their counter tastes the way it should.
We roast to order, not to a shelf. It keeps the coffee fresher, but it also means a little patience is needed between your order and your delivery.
Everything below is roasted fresh once you order. Prices are for our standard 940g to 1000g pack (about 2.1 to 2.2 lbs), unless a different pack size is mentioned.
Estate lots from Chikkamagaluru, Coorg and Kodaikanal, roasted individually to bring out what makes each estate different.
Blended within one growing region rather than one estate, for a cup that is consistent but still tells you where it is from.
Eighty percent arabica, twenty percent robusta. Built for filter and milk based drinks, the blend most cafes run on daily.
A three way blend of Chikkamagaluru Lot, Kalladevarapura Estate and Monsoon Malabar, cupped and scored before every roast.
Grown at altitude in Himachal Pradesh, a newer growing region with a lighter, brighter cup than the South Indian estates.
Sourced from growers in Nagaland as part of our North East corridor, small volume and worth planning ahead for.
